Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy for KwikParts.ng

Thank you for shopping at KwikParts.ng. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they have been shipped. If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will confirm whether the cancellation was successful.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Return Policy if you decide not to keep the product.

Returns Policy

  • Return Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, customized products, and clearance items.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, you can contact us at info@kwikparts.ng. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Policy

  • Inspection of Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • Approval of Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees: If the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may either reject the return or charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@kwikparts.ng. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
  • Exchanging Products: If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@kwikparts.ng.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
